Eddie: I bought this drive before reading all of the bad Mac user reviews and I really regretted the purchase. But now I'm really glad I bought it. I've only had it for a day but so far I've had no freezing, and I've transferred about 500GB so far with no problems. I'm using a Mid-2010 Macbook Pro. Eventually I figured out how to reformat the drive, and I was able to back up my data.
It's kind of weird because there is no switch to turn it on; it's just always on if it's plu...
